Name:
Olivia Maybellienne Jones. Call her O.J or Livi and she'll roll with you.
Age: Superb 17
Gender: Female
School year: Junior
Appearance: The first thing you notice when you take a glance at the Dear Olivia Jones are her lovely eyes, Big dark brown eyes that light up when she smiles, blending with her hair colour and her fair complexion, probably the most gorgeous feauture that god decided to bless little O.J with. The girl stood up at the height of 5'2, she had always been petite with a slender body though most people think she's still anorexic, she claims that, that was years ago, now she's just runway model skinny, like there's a difference. A heart shaped face framed by slighty unruly, wavy dark espresso brown hair, reaching down to her shoulders with short sweeping bangs covering her forehead, her lovely eyes rimmed with dark curled eyelashes. A light dusting of freckles across her ski-jump nose and cheeks. Dressing; Olivia doesn't really know what her 'dressing style' is- it's a mix of almost everything; Vintage glam or whatever. One day she could wear Jeans and some old hoodie- the next, pink minidress and black lace leggings.
Photo; The dear Olivia Jones.
Likes/Things that make her smile; Olivia is in love, with photography. Ever since she had gotten her first barbie camera at the age of 5, everyone knew what this girl was going to be when she grew up. Despite the efforts of her mother trying to change her into a 'model' daughter. Olivia had her heart set on being a photographer, armed with a video camera and digital camera there isn't anything that the girl wouldn't take a picture or take a little clip of. Olivia has another love, yes Photography- she's cheating on you with- Le Gasp; The beach. Olivia isn't a Champion surfer and isn't too keen about burning herself while tanning but there's something there that she just loves, Maybe it's the hunky surfers or the cute boys at the snack shack or just the sea, or maybe the orangish-redish sun setting that has her coming back. Actually it's a mixture of the all of it, including the fact that she can't surf and burns easily when she attempts to tan. Okay- moving away from the main things. Olivia is a goofball, she loves 'chillaxing' with her friends, getting in trouble and screaming at her mother. Stealing things at the mall without secruity guards finding out then eventually returning them because of guilty-ness was also fun. Along with standing up to teachers when they said or wrote something wrong and pointing it out to the whole class. The things that make, Lovely Olivia Jones smile.
Dislikes/Things that make her bite you; Labelers, the people almost everyone hates, including Olivia, people who think it's their jobs to go around judging everyone and picking out things that are wrong with them. Olivia isn't exactly fond of being told what to do, yeah she admits it, she's stubborn, she doesn't like it when winter rolls around and the beaches are closed, cuts in on her sea time. Band-aids, she's terrified of them, Olivia thinks that when you have a band-aid you're probably gonna die of blood loss, like how is that little thing supposed to soak up all your blood? She has Band-aid Phobia and Needle Phobia. The hospital is a bad place to take Dear Olivia if you want to make her happy.
Personality: No matter where she goes or what happens, Olivia Jones always has a smile on her face. it's a bit creepy at first but when you're close friends with her- you'll understand why. The only time Olivia frowns is when her world comes crashing in and 'when something horrible happens- there's always something worse than it so might as well save your frown for that worse something and smile now' Her screwed up motto. No one understands how she could live by that but that's just what made O.J- O.J.
When around strangers Olivia gets all 'Etiquette'. She's always calm and always keeps a straight face so that they wouldn't think she was some sort of freak- or bad influence. Adult strangers freak the shit out of her- especially old ladies on the bus- so she finds an english looking old lady and sits beside them. Pretending(Another word for lieing) that she's a college student, she makes up a random name and starts introducing her 'fake self' to them. It's hilarious when they believe her and when they go their seperate ways- that's the end of that.
When around her friends, Olivia has a knack for shreiking and laughing- alot. She's the crazy dangerous one that your parents don't really like you hanging out with. So she was mixed with drugs, ONCE cause some dude introduced it to her- but she promises that was her first and last sniff and so far-promise kept. Olivia likes to dare her friends to do stuff- like run in front of a road in the middle of the night and moo infront of a car. She's hardly ever quiet which just means she never shuts up and likes to talk like she's giving a big speech, likes to dress to impress- herself.
History:
Olivia Jones, Born July 23 1998 in New york Manhattan. Her daddy was heir to her grandfathers Multi-Millionaire Company and her mother was an ex-model. At least that's what she told those old english ladies on the bus. The truth, her father had abandoned the family as soon as Olivia was born, not really wanting a daughter he took all his belongings and fled- stupid Idiot. Anyways, a 25 year old woman in a one-room apartment, all alone with a newborn baby in the bad-side of Manhattan. Thinking if you should kill yourself and the baby or run and leave the baby, Rainette(Olivia's mom) had decided to live with the baby but if she got fed up- she would hit the road. A couple years later, Rainette now on her 6th job-selling subway tickets, and Olivia 6 years old in grade 1. Stephen Jones, Rich buisnessman- built his own buisness and decided not to follow in his father's footsteps took a wrong subway and ended up in Crackpot Manhattan, scared for his life and desperate to get away. Stephen does his best to translate the mumbling of several Manhattaners and finds the nearest subway station. Just the same one Rainette is working at, He claims today that he loved her as soon as he saw her and thought of her as the most 'gorgeous' woman alive- they got married and needed some 'alone time' and sent Olivia to Hilton Bay High as soon as she hit 17. This was the story both Rainette and Stephen told Olivia ever since she started asking the 'how did you guys meet?' question at the age of 8, but deep down Olivia knew that the story was more screwed-up than they led on. Cinderella stories don't happen anymore but she didn't bother to ask them if that was what really happen, Aw well.
Other: Erm...nothing.
Role-play sample:
Keri Kellingston rolled out of bed as her alarm clock blared out, 'Livin La Vida Loca'. The 17 year old stumbled across the room but managed to stay awake long enough to get ready for school, she was dressed in a long black shirt, blue jeans, black and blue etnies, a black beret and a deep pink crop leather jacket, on her wrists were about 30 black and pink jelly wristbands and on her ears were giant silver hoops. She grabbed her black bag stuffed with a couple of notebooks, candy wrappers, her mp3 player and cellphone. Keri walked downstairs, her mother waiting for her dressed in her grey suit for important women lawyers and tapping her feet impatiently, her mom cleared her throat, "I have to go to work! and your sister's already gone to university! Kerianne! you better shape up if you want to get into Princeton, York, Havard and the universities that practicly begged your sister to come!" she said. Keri rolled her eyes, the university lecture? wow she was having a bad morning, "sorry mom, can we get to school now? please? i don't want to be late" she said. Her mother sighed, "You are already late and so am I, hurry up now!" She shouted, she ran to the car with Keri following and drove her daughter to school. Keri barely made it out of the car when her mother drove off, "Someone's mad" she muttured under her breath. She glanced at her school or the drama factory as she'd like to call it, this school could produce enough rumours to start a war. A flier flew to Keri's feet,on it was, "Ryder Jacobs and Debbie Kingston dating?? ewww, she has a mole!! poor Ryder!!". Keri rolled her eyes and threw away the flier, the daily gossip, no one knew who was writing these it had been going around for many weeks and accusations had been flying around, first it was the Cheerleaders, no the mean girls, wait it's so obvious! it's the computer club, guess what? all of these guesses were wrong just like many rumours. But this is what made highschool- highschool.
